Aim Educational and Charitable Trust is a registered non-profit organization that was established in 2010. We are working in the area of Kerala State. Our area of focus includes village level eradication of poverty, uplifting women and other weaker sections of the society through income-generating programs, promoting farming by adopting new technologies, employment generation, developing an affinity to science and scientific inventions, etc. We are working on Research and Development in various spheres, socio and economical analysis, income generation and employment generation, impart training to youths to face competitive examinations, women empowerment, create a scientific and sympathetic mindset among youths to fight against social evils..etc.

OUR MISSION
Organize and make the youths capable of running startups and self-help groups so as to engage in research and educational activities so as to create job opportunities and income generation. The trust aims at the implementation of schemes entrusted by the governments and other relevant agencies.
Skill training for youth was provided under the PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) project, equipping them with essential skills to enhance employability and prepare them for competitive job markets. This initiative aims to empower young individuals with practical expertise and open doors to better career opportunities, supporting economic growth and individual self-reliance.
Our Study Tour Program offers participants hands-on learning experiences outside the classroom. These tours expose students and participants to real-world environments related to their fields of study or areas of interest. By visiting places of educational, historical, cultural, or scientific significance, participants gain practical insights, broaden their perspectives, and enhance their understanding through direct engagement. The program fosters curiosity, encourages experiential learning, and helps build a deeper connection to the subjects they study. A guide to scholarship was inaugurated by the officials of the NGO.
Ideas were given to the youth for the projects to be done in the future.
On May 19, 2022, Valakom Grama Panchayat President Mr. Jolly Mon Choodayil released the "Scholarship Guide," authored by Mr. Suresh Mampillil and published by Aim Publications. This guide aims to assist students in accessing various scholarship opportunities, thereby supporting their educational pursuits.

Training for women initiative

National NGO confederation
On November 5, 2024, Kerala's Higher Education Minister, Dr. R. Bindu, inaugurated the State National NGO Confederation in Kochi. The event was attended by MLAs, MPs, the Mayor of Kochi, and other dignitaries, highlighting the collaborative efforts between the government and non-governmental organizations to address social issues and promote community development.It is the small change that makes the biggest impact.
